About Us
Voyage by Design is an independent travel agency owned &
managed by Myriam Renzi.
Myriam has 16 years of experience as a travel agent and has
personally traveled to many places around the world over the
last 30 years.
She is passionate about her work, and loves to organize,
customize and design any kind of trip for individuals and
groups using her wealth of experience and knowledge.
Myriam holds a Travel License from Niagara University. She
also completed a training course in Dallas, TX at American
Airlines Headquarters for Sabre & ADS programs.
Our Philosophy:
We believe that doing business means more than just
selling a trip; we assist our clients from the beginning of
the planning process until they return from their travels,
in case of problems with airlines, hotels, etc.
Is not important for us how many hours or days we put into
the organization of a trip – we want be sure our clients
get the best rates possible, which are found only with dedication,
research, and personal attention.
